Professional

I am a senior management professional in the consumer industry, with ~25 years of leadership experience in the space. In these years, I have worked in both operating as well as consulting roles, in various life stages of businesses, ranging from a startup to transformation to turn around. Building ‘profitable growth’ led businesses from scratch is something I find exciting.

Working in both operating and consulting roles, through out my career, allows me to not only deliver business results here and now but also transform businesses for the next horizon of growth.

Working with people and supporting their development inspires me and I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. I coach people on a regular basis to help them achieve their true potential.

Personal

When I am not working, I love travelling and enjoy spending time outdoors. I like activities with an element of adventure in the mix. It is in one such endeavor that I first explored high altitude trekking. My first trip was to Everest base camp in 2014 and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Since then I have summited Kilimanjaro in Africa and attempted to summit Mt. Elbrus in Russia. I have trekked in the Markha valley in Ladakh as well as the Indian Himalayas. My most recent adventure was in the Annapurna ranges. I hope to journey through many more valleys and mountains and travel to many more places off the beaten path.
